Cherry Cheesecake English Muffins

Yield: 2 servings


  • 2 plain English muffins, split
  • 4 oz ( 125 g ) plain cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup ( 60 mL ) cherry jam or
  • black cherry jam


  1. Toast English muffin halves. Spread cream cheese evenly over each half; top with cherry jam. Slice to serve.
