With a beautiful variety of tomatoes and colours, this salad is as delightful to look at as it is to eat.
- 8 tomatoes, sliced, (various colours and sizes)
- 1/4 cup chopped chives,
- 4 baby bococcini, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsalmic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- Arrange tomatoes, onions, and bococcini on a large plate or in a bowl.
- Whisk together dressing ingredients.
- Drizzle dressing over salad, season, and top with basil.
