Mild and creamy with delicate tropical flavours of coconut and cinnamon.
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup 35% cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2-3/4 cup organic cane sugar (or white sugar)
- 1-2 tbsp cinnamon
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth. Adjust to taste.
- Pour mix into ice pop molds, add sticks and freeze for 5-7 hours, or until set.
