Chocolate bark is always a welcome gift during the holidays. Your kids can decide whether teachers and friends would prefer almonds or candy cane or both!
Ingredients
- 1 lb milk chocolate moulding wafers
- 1 cup roasted (unsalted) almonds
- 1 lb white chocolate moulding wafers
- 2-3 candy canes, crushed
Instructions
- Cookie sheet lined with waxed paper.
- Melt chocolate wafers in top of a double boiler. Stir in almonds and spread onto cookie sheet. Cool in fridge. Break apart into pieces. Bag or box and keep in fridge until ready to present. Makes about 24 pieces.

- Place candy canes in a zipped plastic bag, remove air and close, then crush with a mallet into tiny pieces.
