Switch on your commitment to the environment by switching off your lights!
Celebrate your commitment to the planet with your friends, family, community or at work by turning off all non-essential lights and appliances during Earth Hour, March 25, from 8:30-9:30 pm.
Earth Hour is a worldwide initiative in which cities, communities, and individuals will turn off their lights for one hour to demonstrate their commitment to finding solutions for climate change. Your family will join millions of people in some of the world’s major capital cities, including Copenhagen, Chicago, Melbourne, Brisbane and Toronto.
There are different ways to show your commitment: have a candle lit dinner, talk to your neighbours, stargaze, go camping, play board games, – the possibilities are endless.
